Cancellation & Refund Policy

Vivid Motion’s Cancellation and Refund Policy

All ticket sales are non-refundable, unless a performance is canceled by Vivid Motion.

Should inclement weather (or other safety concern) cause the cancellation of a performance, cancellation information will be available by calling our ticket line at 207-450-6350.

The decision to cancel will be made no later than 3 hours before the scheduled start time of the performance.

If a performance is canceled ticket holders will be offered two choices:

• Support Vivid Motion and receive a tax-deductible receipt by donating the value of the tickets.
• Receive a refund for the value of the tickets.

Customers who opt to receive a refund or donation receipt will have 30 days from the cancellation date to exercise this option.
